Florida Sun Kefir began in 1996, when our interest in water kefir grew out of a desire to make positive changes after years of an unhealthy lifestyle.

What began as a personal interest in fermentation and water kefir developed into decades of hands-on experience growing, maintaining and brewing live water kefir grains.

Today, more than 30 years later, we're still doing what we started doing back in 1996 — working with live water kefir cultures every day.

Fresh From Our Daily Growth

At Florida Sun Kefir, our grains aren't something that simply sits on a warehouse shelf.

We grow and maintain our own live water kefir grains through continuous daily brewing cycles, with fresh growth occurring approximately every 24 hours.

This ongoing process allows us to provide customers with fresh, live and active water kefir grains ready to begin their own brewing experience at home.
